Quiet As A Riot

To commemorate the fiftieth anniversary of the Stonewall riots, we’re taking a closer look at Chicago changemakers and the LGBTQIA liberation movement. The evening begins with a twenty-minute drag performance to contextualize the conversation.The performance with will have an appearance by Shea Couleé. Lifelong activist, filmmaker, and community organizer Mary Morten moderates the panel discussion about national narratives, local alliances, and traditionally marginalized voices.
